Meet Diana Phillips—a compassionate REALTOR® with a legal background and a keen eye for detail.

Originally from Towson, MD, Diana earned a degree in criminal justice from the University of Baltimore and spent several years working as a paralegal in a law firm. Later, after moving to Anne Arundel County, Diana shifted gears to focus on raising a family alongside her husband, Michael, and staying at home with their two young boys. As her sons grew older, Diana transitioned into a new role as a substitute teacher in the Anne Arundel County school system. But she knew she would one day be ready to explore new professional horizons…

Then, about 10 years ago, Diana’s journey took an exciting turn when she and her husband began buying investment properties. That experience inspired her to pursue a new path as a real estate agent. She hit the ground running by leveraging her legal expertise, her experience with contracts, and her deep familiarity with the local community from her years working in the school system.

Today, as a valued agent with The Bob & Ronna Group, Diana works seamlessly with both buyers and sellers. Her true passion is connecting with people. She says, “Helping clients find their perfect home and guiding them through the process is incredibly rewarding for me. Building relationships and making the journey of buying or selling go as smoothly as possible is what I love most.”

Diana emphasizes that there’s no one-size-fits-all piece of advice she gives clients. “I assist all kinds of people, from all kinds of background buy and sell their homes, including first-time homebuyers and empty nesters looking to downsize. I tailor my approach to meet each clients’ unique needs, as they all bring distinct stories, housing needs, and financial goals to the table.”

As fate would have it, Diana crossed paths with Bob and Ronna for the first time a few years ago during a home settlement. “My client was moving to the Baltimore area from Washington state. And I just remember when we got to the office for settlement, Bob and Ronna extended a warm welcome to me, my clients, and even my clients’ dog! That initial encounter was just a glimpse of Bob and Ronna’s exceptional character. They’re just really wonderful people to work with day in and day out.”

With her sons now pursuing college degrees and her real estate career in full swing, Diana doesn’t have a lot of free time on the calendar. Yet, when she does manage to carve out a free moment, she and Michael savor dining at The Point Crab House in Arnold, Maryland. She also relishes her daily walks along the Severn River near her home, often in the company of her beloved yellow lab, Chopper.
